Madi has always been a big help for recovery! One of the best ways she has helped heal my muscles is the mobility sessions. She talks me through what I am supposed to do when I stretch and where I should feel it. Another thing that helps is doing the guided meditation at the end of our mobility sessions and being able to relax. She is great at calming my brain down and it helps me feel refreshed after a workout!
