Out in the open treatment table services that are designed to treat specific injuries and pain sites through modalities such as: Massage, Stretching, Trigger Point, Cupping, KT taping, and/or RockBlades (graston). Benefits include increased collagen production, decreased pain, restoring proper function, speeding up recovery time, reducing inflammation, improved mobility, alleviated chronic pain conditions, and quick techniques to get you doing what you love to do.
Cupping
Local suction is created on the skin to cause separation which then will encourage blood flow to the create to get more oxygenated blood to the area. This promotes healing, reduces pain and target knots.
Taping
Elastic therapeutic tape is an adhesive tape that stabilizes an injured area by lightly applying pressure to the tissues. This tape allows connective tissues surrounding the affected muscle or tendon to move along with the body. Great for decreasing pain by giving the body the support it needs and facilitating lymphatic drainage.
RockBlades
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization for injury recovery. Breaks up scar tissue, breaks up knots, increases range of motion in joints, and increases the strength of muscle fibers & reduces pain.
RockFloss
Elastic, latex band that is made to reduce muscle or joint pain, improve flexibility, and unglue stiff muscles.
Triggerpoint
Myofascial trigger points are painful, tense areas found in muscle. TP therapy releases points by applying direct pressure using hands and/or instruments, effective for reducing headaches and muscle tension, improve range of motion, improves posture and relieves pain.
Mobility/Flexibility Grease
$40 for 30 Minute 1-on-1 Session
Targeted specifically for the type of mobility and flexibility you may need. These are exercises that are specifically geared towards training your range of motion around joints. They involve actively moving, contracting and relaxing muscles through the joints range of motion. This helps athletes move more efficiently allowing for ease of movement through an active range of motion, increased performance and reduced injury risk.
Triggerpoint Grease
$40 for 30 Minute 1-on-1 Session
Learn how to properly use Triggerpoint equipment (foam rollers and TP balls) to work deeper into the fascia and muscle tissue to actively release muscular tension and pain. This is not just foam rolling, this is what you should learn and use on the go before and after competition or workouts!
