By booking or receiving services at Revived Athlete Recovery & Massage, you agree to our policies regarding appointments, payments, and conduct. Services are provided at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to treatment. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations—appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. All clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior; any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of services. We are not liable for injuries or adverse reactions except in cases of gross negligence, and use of all recovery equipment and services is at your own discretion.
